Coaching for coming back to yourself

Find your way
back to yourself.

For anyone who has spent years holding everyone else together. Together we untangle the patterns that kept you small, rebuild trust in your own voice, and make room for choices that are finally, genuinely yours.

The why

I know what it feels like to disappear inside someone else's needs.

For most of my life I was the safe place for everyone else. First as a child who had no safety of her own, and later as a woman who stayed far longer than she should have, because leaving felt impossible.

Choosing myself was never one decision made in a single brave moment. It was something I had to learn slowly, fall back from, and learn again, over the course of years.

I know what it takes to find your way back, and I know it is rarely quick, and never linear. That is exactly why I do this work the way I do: patiently, honestly, without a script.

That is the road that brought me here.

The shift

Change rarely arrives all at once. It arrives as small returns to yourself.

Carrying someone else's story

Owning the one that is yours

Feeling stuck

Clarity you can act on

Self-doubt

Confidence and self-trust

Repeating the same patterns

Conscious, deliberate choices

Knowing you want change

Actually creating it

The what

Patient and honest, grounded in lived experience.

I work with people who have left toxic relationships and are ready to stop carrying someone else's story as their own. Healing rarely happens in a straight line, and no one should have to walk it alone.

01

NLP

UNDERSTAND THE PATTERNS BEHIND YOUR EXPERIENCE

The way you think, communicate and respond to life is shaped by patterns, many of which operate outside of conscious awareness. NLP helps bring those patterns into awareness so you can understand what is driving them, shift what no longer serves you, and create new ways of thinking, feeling and responding that support the life you want to create.

02

Time Line Therapy

The weight you are still carrying

A powerful, structured method for releasing the negative emotions attached to past experiences and letting go of limiting beliefs and decisions made long ago. You keep the learning, you set down the weight, and space opens for real change.

03

Meta Coaching

The beliefs underneath the behaviour

Rather than managing symptoms, we go one level up: what you value, what you believe is allowed for you, what you decided long ago and never revisited. That is usually where real, lasting change lives.

04

Personal Coaching

The steady work of becoming

Honest conversation, clear direction, and someone in your corner between the sessions too. You leave with something specific to practise, not just something to think about.

Who this is for

If you recognise yourself here, you are in the right place.

  • You have left a relationship that took more from you than it gave, and you are still finding your footing.

  • You feel responsible for everyone else, and rarely for yourself.

  • You keep meeting the same pattern in different people, different places.

  • You are capable of more, and you know it, yet something keeps holding the line.

  • You are standing in a transition and want to move through it with intention.

  • You are ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, and to trust what you find.

About

I'm Liraz.

I work with people who have left toxic relationships and are ready to stop carrying someone else's story as their own. Together we untangle the patterns that kept them small, rebuild trust in their own voice, and slowly return to the person they were before it all began, and the person they are becoming now.

My approach is patient and honest, grounded in lived experience. I don't perform certainty, and I won't hand you a formula. What I offer is a clear-eyed, judgement-free space, real tools from NLP, Time Line Therapy and Meta Coaching, and someone who understands the terrain because she has walked it.

Sessions are held online or in person, one to one. We move at the pace that is actually yours.

Let's talk

In their words

I came in convinced something was wrong with me. I left understanding what had happened to me, and what was still mine to choose.
R. · Six months of coaching
Liraz never rushed me. She just kept holding the thread until I could pick it up myself.
N. · After a long relationship
For the first time in years I can hear my own voice before I hear everyone else's. That changed everything.
S. · In transition
I used to believe I was too much and not enough at the same time. Coaching helped me find the steady place in the middle.
M. · Three months of coaching
The work is gentle, but the shifts are real. I finally understand why I kept choosing the same story.
A. · After a toxic relationship
I did not need to be fixed. I needed someone to walk beside me while I remembered who I was. That is what this felt like.
T. · Ten session journey

Begin

You don't need to have everything figured out to begin.

A discovery call is a free, unhurried conversation. No pressure, no pitch, just space to say out loud where you are and hear how the work might help.
